The ingredients settled right inside the bao, not overcooked and over stuffed like Golden Wok's. The chicken and mushroom with the ginger tasted good and cooked right (not overcooked). ![]() Stuffed eggplant - The stuffing was tasty and got that impressive fried crunch texture on the first bite.Ĭhicken mushroom buns or bao - The bao part was right, not too dense and felt fluffy in a good way. The shrimp was in good size, but could use some seasoning. Shrimp in rice noodles aka shrimp cheung fun - the cheung fun was soft and got the right texture. That left 1/3 of the space for actual dining area. 1/3 was used for storage of the tables and chairs. When I walked in, I was surprised that they only operated at 1/3 of their capacity. It was not as busy as the other dim sum restaurants I have been to in Texas. I arrived around 1245 on Sat and waited about 30 min.
